FABRIC OPTIONS
100% Polyester: The polyester material used is a versatile high performance lighter weight sports fabric, breathable with non-absorbent properties to assist in keeping moisture soaking into the shirt. Commonly used for sports shirts, singlets, and shorts and great for exercise, running and light contact activities.
Polyester Spandex Mix: Using a mix of 95% polyester and 5% spandex gives this light-weight fabric added stretch, comfort, and ease of movement. Often used for tights and shorts it is now becoming more common in football jerseys, training singlets and shirts.

With a dedicated in-house designer AKL Industries can offer a design service which gives clients complete flexibility, creative control and ensures the final product perfectly suits the desired specifications.
Designs can incorporate any combination of colours, logo, effect, or gradient.
To begin the process send us a mock-up or rough draft of the design you envision. Please include as much design information as you can:
All logos and artwork to be provided in high-resolution vector format. If you do not have them – we will do our best to help. Our in-house graphic artist can either re-draw a logo that has been inherited and in very poor format at a low-cost, or a complete logo redesign can be done.
Once the design concept is complete, we will send through for any final alterations with colours, logo sizes or positioning. Once complete we are ready to begin the manufacturing process.
