Our NAIDOC Week 2024  lanyard features the artists’ reflection on, and response to this year’s theme, Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud.

Our lanyard provides a stylish look, perfect for connecting to keys, ID cards and other essential items featuring vibrant artwork created especially for the 2024 theme.

“This year’s theme celebrates the unyielding spirit of our communities and invites all to stand in solidarity, amplifying the voices that have long been silenced. The fire represents the enduring strength and vitality of Indigenous cultures, passed down through generations despite the challenges faced.” – National NAIDOC Committee 2024

“This design focuses on resilience and the ongoing legacy of Indigenous cultures, highlighting the enduring traditions traditional hunting practices and the use of ancient tools like spears and woomeras. I emphasise the metaphorical significance of “keeping the fire burning” as a symbol of perseverance and connection to the land. Incorporating vibrant colours and dynamic imagery can further amplify the message of strength and pride in Indigenous heritage.” – Brenton Bowen
